United Punjab FC under the aegis of Punjab Football Association & All India Football Association is going to organize AIFF ‘D’ license coaching certificate program in its campus at Kaunterpur, Pathankot.

The AIFF D-Licence Course forms an introductory step to Professional Football Coaching in India. The Course deals with teaching the bare basics of Football Coaching to rookie Coaches. The Course duration is 6 days. A D-Licence holder will be able to Coach in Grassroots football, college and school teams, District and Inter-city Championships etc.
Mr. Rajan Salaria, CEO of the club said that, ” Candidates from all over the India has shown their interest to be a part of this course. In most of the states, the amount of coaching program is near about 15,000/-. We are offering this coaching program at the cost of Rs. 9,500/- (6 days residential program), so everyone can afford this course. Our aim is to produce quality coaches in Punjab and in India as well. This will surely contribute in the development of the Indian football (so far a sleeping gaint).”
