United Punjab is going to organize football mega trials in Guwahati, Assam on 23-12-2018 at 07:00 AM, Nehru stadium. All players from any state of India can attend this trials.
Players are requested to bring documents mentioned below:
- Date of birth certificate
- Any photo ID proof
- 1 passport size photo
- National certificate (if any)
Please note: Last date for registration of trials is 20-12-2018 with registration fee of rs. 300/-. After last date till on the spot late registration fee will be rs. 500/-.
Therefore all players are requested to register themselves before the last date to avoid late registration fee.
